FAQ

With landscape designers on staff, we have the capability of working with clients to design to a budget (design/build) or create a masterplan that would allow phasing in over a few years. Both options are acceptable methods, and a site meeting will determine the best approach. In addition to landscape, this can include hardscape (pavers, walls, sidewalks, etc.), site structures, irrigation, grading, drainage, lighting, site furniture, etc.

We also offer simple landscape enhancement solutions (shrub/tree/turf replacements, drainage solutions, shade/ root competition solutions, etc.) for all maintenance clients.

Most of our services are performed in-house by trained, background checked, drug tested, E-verified HighGrove employees. We only subcontract our pine straw, mulch services, and tree work.

HighGrove has been in business for over 30 years providing award-winning landscape maintenance and installation services to over 650 clients throughout Metro Atlanta. Our clients have found our unique service model and support system sets us apart from the competition allowing us to grow outstanding, long-term partnerships with many owners, management companies, and property managers.

That is all based on the job’s size, job hours, and the route that job is on. We strategically meet and plan each job to maximize efficiencies so you get the most bang for your buck. 

 

Typically, our maintenance crews are three-person teams, but this can fluctuate depending on the season. In addition, your site will receive visits from our turf care, floriculture, and irrigation professionals. Overall, your site will be managed by a Client Relations Manager (client point of contact) and Account Manager (managing the crews).

 

Meet the HighGrove Team

 

The HighGrove Team determines visit times based on the area of town your property is in and what day(s) we service that area. 

All landscape debris is removed from the job site, taken back to our facilities, and recycled. 

You will be assigned a Client Relations Manager who will be your point of contact for your property or your entire portfolio. You will not have multiple contacts if your portfolio extends across metro Atlanta. You will also have an Account Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations of the crew.

 

Meet the HighGrove Team

The safety of our clients and their properties is of utmost importance to us. HighGrove provides general liability, workers compensation, automobile, property, and crime coverage. Additionally, we are fully licensed, and our employees are drug tested and background checked.

We maintain several different commercial accounts: office, retail, industrial, hospitality, education, religious, health care, HOA, etc. We do not provide residential landscape services.
