HighGrove Partners has always been committed to creating and preserving the beauty of Atlanta’s commercial landscapes. That passion is what gets us up every morning, what inspires us to be creative in coming up with aesthetic and sustainable solutions for commercial properties, and what drives us to strive for perfection in what we do.
HighGrove Partners was thrilled to be recognized for these efforts at the Professional Landcare Network’s (PLANET) recent National Landscape Awards of Excellence Program at the annual Green Industry Conference in October, where it won four commercial landscape maintenance awards for excellent service.
Check out the details of our four award-winning properties!
Commercial landscape maintenance award #1: BridgeMill Community Association
The BridgeMill subdivision, located near Bells Ferry Road and Sixes Road in Cherokee County, Ga., is a 2,700-plus home, master-planned community. Homes range from cozy cottages to custom-designed properties.
The entire subdivision includes more than one hundred and fifty acres of green space, as well as an eighteen hole golf course, a two acre pool and tennis courts. Because there are so many homeowners with various plans and parties scheduled every week, the landscape has to look attractive at all times. HighGrove’s award recognizes their efforts in pleasing these customers.
Commercial landscape maintenance award #2: Concourse Corporate Center
Celebrated for its iconic architecture, the sculptural King and Queen office towers and masterful plan of Concourse Corporate Center signifies it as one of the most recognized developments in the Southeast U.S.
Because it’s an important Atlanta property with a huge lake, it always has to stand out with mature, well-maintained plant material and vibrant color for maximum impact. HighGrove accomplishes this with precise maintenance and big beds designed with two main colors for drama.
Commercial landscape maintenance award #3: Cox C-Tech
C-Tech encompasses approximately six hundred thousand square feet in the Cox Village Campus located in Dunwoody, Ga. Each level of the office building has a different color theme. For instance, one floor is green, one is white and another is blue.
In the landscape, HighGrove highlighted these color-coded floors with vibrant flowers in matching shades. The main flower bed design not only faces out to welcome property visitors, but the design is repeated on the inside of the beds so employees in the building atrium can see the brilliantly hued blooms.
Commercial landscape maintenance award #4: Sanctuary Office Park
Sanctuary Park is a Class-A office environment within a natural park setting. Nestled within this private, earthy setting are some of Atlanta’s most distinguished tenants—prominent national companies. And this excellence is reflected in each and every detail, including the carefully planned and maintained landscaping.
The setting includes lots of native plants, magnolias and azaleas—nothing too bright or loud. The property has beds ranging from full sun to full shade and a muted color palette to match the overall natural setting.
HighGrove is thankful for its clients and the opportunity to maintain these prestigious Atlanta commercial properties. And a big thanks to PLANET for recognizing HighGrove Partners with these Awards of Excellence!
