The National Collegiate Landscape Competition is an annual three-day competition and networking event for students enrolled in interior and exterior horticulture programs at two- and four-year colleges and universities from across the country. 

This year more than 750 landscape industry students demonstrated their skills in tree climbing, patio building, identifying horticulture specimens, skid steer operation, sales presentation, exterior/interior design, irrigation troubleshooting, wood construction, and more. Attendees also met with approximately 90 top industry companies at the Career Fair where they experienced various career paths.

For the 15th year HighGrove sponsored the grand finale, the Landscape Plant Installation Competition. Over 50 teams of 3 competed in a 2 hour event to showcase their ability to install a variety of landscape materials. The event was watched by hundreds of supporters, cheering and dancing to the music! The fun packed week concluded on Saturday during the closing ceremony.
